Corporate Quest Passes Concorde believes that proper nutrition is one of the key components of fitness. Exercise alone will not accomplish your health goals. A well-planned diet along with exercise and behavioral changes is the formula for success. Our consultant Dietitians, Robin K. Bowman, RD,LD and Kathy G. Wise, RD,LD, understand the importance of making healthy eating practical and fun.
We offer 2 options to help you achieve your nutrition goals:
Option 1: Individual Nutrition Counseling – This is for the person that wants one-on-one personal counseling. Individualized plans start with an assessment of the patient’s lifestyle by a Registered Dietitian. Your Dietitian will help you establish a healthy eating plan that meets your needs and fits your lifestyle. Whether you are interested in weight control, lowering cholesterol or other health improvements, they can design a plan for you.
Option 2: DIETNET is a complete weight loss program in an easy to follow format. This program has all the tools you need to get started. The DIETNET program was professionally designed by our Dietitians who have extensive knowledge and experience in weight loss and weight maintenance. DIETNET includes meal plans, sample menus, a handy grocery list and many other tools to help you change your eating habits so you can lose the weight you want. Free on-line support from the Dietitians is included with this program. Ask your fitness specialist for more information.
