There are two major classes of services, restorative care, which encompasses our rehabilitation services, and, preventative care, offered through Concorde Health & Wellness, a division of Concorde Therapy Group. Physical Rehabilitation services require a prescription from a licensed physician or chiropractor. This requirement is governed by Ohio law, and many insurer's require a copy before reimbursing for claims. [View list of insurance companies we accept.]
