Tim is a Physical Therapist & Athletic Trainer, and is a recognized author & speaker on the management of shoulder problems
in swimmers. Tim earned a Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy from Ohio State University in 1978, and became an Athletic Trainer while
earning a Master's Degree in Exercise Physiology from Kent State University in 1982. Tim has lectured extensively throughout the United
States, as well as Australia and New Zealand, on the management of shoulder problems in swimmers and other overhead/overuse athletes.
He has written numerous articles and book chapters on in-season management of swimmers' injuries, and is currently leading the
team in several clinical research projects related to controlling the "loose" shoulder (

a Site Athletic Trainer for the Ohio High School Swimming & Diving Championships since 1987, and was a Site Athletic Trainer for
the 2004 NCAA Division II National Championships.

Jason is an Athletic Trainer, with extensive expertise in functional training and rehabilitation of swmmers. He earned a Bachelor's
Degree in Athletic Training from Ohio Northern University in 1998, and a Master's Degree in Education from Ashland Unniversity in
2004. Jason is a regular presenter on innovative dryland training concepts, and has developed the
Distance Training Program as a very
special part of Concorde's Sports Training Program. He is also serving in an Adjunct Anatomy Assistant in the School of Physical Therapy
at Walsh University. Jason has been a Site Athletic Trainer for the Ohio HS Swimming & Diving Championships since 1998, the
JCC Maccabi Games in 2001, the 2004 NCAA Division II National Championships, the North Coast Conference Collegiate Championships,
and the USA Swimming Sectional Championships.
Thom is a Physical Therapist, and is the clinical leader of Concorde's Spine Care Program. He provides significant expertice
in the management of back and neck pain in swimmers. Thom is a 1985 graduate of Cleveland State University with a Bachelor's Degree
in Physical Therapy. He is certified in Mechanical Diagnosis and Treatment of the Spine and Extremities (McKenzie Method), and is
also a certified instructor of Primal Reflex Release Technique (PRRT). To learn more about this innovative technique, check out the

tissue pain and neurovascular syndromes common to swimmers.
